Offered for sale is a very nice antique blown glass Dutch onion mold wine bottle manufactured during the 1700s. The bottle has an olive green color with a concave base and rough pontil mark, and the finish has an applied ring around the top of the neck. The bottle stands about 6 7/8" tall and the base measures about 5 1/2" in diameter.The overall condition of the bottle is excellent. There are no chips or cracks with the exception of perhaps either a burst air bubble on the exterior of the bottle or just some excess glass that annealed to the surface during its manufacture. The exterior has standard surface scratches and light abrasions and the interior is clean with standard light wear.
