Offered for sale is a beautiful set of (3) antique lemonade mugs manufactured during the late 1800s by the New England Glass Co. The mugs are in the Pomona Cornflower pattern which features a diamond quilted pattern with frosted exterior and etched cornflowers forming a band around the mid section of each mug. The mugs have applied handles and smooth polished pontil marks on the bottom. They stand about 5 3/4 tall.
The overall condition of the mugs is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, or heat checks to the handles. The pattern details and clarity are excellent with no cloudiness, and the interiors are very clean with no residue or staining.
