Offered for sale is a very nice antique blown glass flask manufactured during the early 1800s by Lancaster Glass Works. The bottle features an embossed cornucopia design on both sides of the bottle. The bottle has an aquamarine color with a rough pontil mark on the bottom, and overall it stands about 5 1/2 tall. The overall condition of the bottle is excellent. There are no chips or cracks other than a single burst air bubble that was done during manufacture.
The clarity of the glass is wonderful with no cloudiness. The exterior has no scratches or wear that I see. The color is very nice and you can expect to find the standard imperfections associated with older glass to include strawmarks, air bubbles, inclusions, etc.I have not cleaned this bottle, so it may clean up even better than shown.
